Dear Shareholders,

The Aberdeen-Springfield Canal Company invites you to attend a shareholder meeting on Tuesday, August 18th at 1:00 p.m. at the Aberdeen-Springfield Canal Company office, located at 144 South Main Street in Aberdeen.

The Board of Directors and General Manager will review and discuss several proposed canal improvement projects. These projects are intended to improve delivery efficiency throughout the system and reduce water losses.

The meeting will include discussion of the proposed projects, their anticipated benefits, potential funding, and logistical considerations. Shareholders will also have an opportunity to ask questions and provide input as these improvements are considered.
